You can extend the standard warranty with packages ranging from 12 to 36 months depending on operational risk level. Warranty Process Workflow

What Is Covered Under Warranty?

Manufacturing-related part defects and workmanship errors are covered through repair/replacement of the part; on-site intervention and calibration are included when necessary. Consumables such as filters or protective glass may be excluded from warranty; coverage details are explicitly stated in the contract.

Exclusions and Proper Use

Incorrect electrical grounding, unauthorized interventions, impact/transport damage, environmental conditions contrary to manufacturer recommendations (dust/heat/humidity), unsuitable consumables, and unauthorized third-party parts are excluded from coverage. To support proper use, operator training and periodic checklists are recommended.

Part Replacement and Logistics

Original spare parts are used for critical components (lens, F-Theta, scanner window, PSU, etc.). When necessary, “advanced stock” or consignment options increase first-visit resolution rates; warranty decisions are documented transparently with defect detection and measurement reports.

Calibration and Verification Tests

After interventions under warranty, field uniformity, focus, spot size, and contrast are verified using reference grids. Test results and recommended preventive actions are shared together with the warranty report.
